Indiana Congresswoman Victoria Spartz, a Ukrainian born Republican, has introduced a bipartisan resolution to investigate war crimes committed by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s military commanders.

Representative Marcy Kaptur, a Democrat from Ohio, and over 70 others are attached to House Resolution 963. The resolution is also co-led by Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina and Senator Chris Coons, a Democrat from Delaware.
