Ten people hurt in rash involving interurban trolley in Goshen

At least ten people were hurt after a crash involving an Interurban Trolley.

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 11, near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Elkhart Road in Goshen, very close to the Carpet Gallery and other local businesses. Investigators are still trying to figure out who hit who.

According to firefighters, the driver and others in the trolley had to be rescued. As many as seven people were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Police also said many powerlines were down.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
