Police in Elkhart are investigation the details of a shooting Sunday morning that left one person injured.

Officers arrived shortly before 4 a.m. at a local hospital where a man from the 2200 block of Cassopolis Street had brought the female victim for treatment. She was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police believe it was an isolated incident and are still investigating.
