Niles man, 21, injured in crash on U.S. 12 in Cass County

A 21-year-old Niles man was injured in a crash on U.S. 12 in Cass County.

The collision happened around around 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15,
in the area of U.S. 12 and Bell Road.

Deputies say the driver was traveling east on US 1.2. when he lost control and hit a tree. After striking the tree, the vehicle rolled on its side.

The driver was taken to Spectrum Health Lakeland in Niles with minor injuries sustained from the crash.

Factors into the crash remain under investigation.
