Two arrested after Drug Enforcement Team raid home in Dowagiac

Two people were arrested after Cass County Drug Enforcement Team members converged on a home in the 100 block of Haines Street in Dowagiac.

Armed with a search warrant, on Wednesday, March 23, officers entered the home and found a large amount of meth and meth paraphernalia along with several firearms.

A 38-year-old woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a drug house.

A 62-year-old man was arrested for possession with intent to deliver Methamphetamine, felony firearm, possession of a silencer, outstanding warrants, and maintaining a drug house.

The investigation is still on going at this time.
