Two men hospitalized after crash on M-152 in Cass County

Two men from southwest Michigan were taken to the hospital after a crash in Silver Creek Township.

Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies were called around 9:40 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, to M-152 near Brooks Drive to find a vehicle driven by a 49-year-old Dowagiac man crossed the center line on M-152 and struck a vehicle driven by a 58-year-old Coloma man.

Both drivers were transported from the crash site to Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Alcohol and drugs do not appear to have been factors in the crash. Both drivers used seatbelts and airbags did deploy from the crash, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash remains under investigation.
