As many as 15 people in Kosciusko County face charges after Narcotics Enforcement Team members and local police agencies teamed together for “Operation Spring Showers.”

Those arrested were from Warsaw, Silver Lake, Pierceton and North Webster and happened after officers received drug-tip information from concerned citizens.

The charges ranged from possession of pot, narcotics, meth to driving while suspended, being a habitual traffic offender, or driving without having received a license.

The suspects arrested were:

* Jose Luis Rodriguez Jr., 24, of 3847 N. CR 150W, Warsaw, for possession of a narcotic drug, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended.

* Tracy Lee Julian, 51, of 212 S. Union St., Warsaw, for possession of a narcotic drug.

* Brian Lee Julian, 51 of 212 S. Union St., Warsaw, on a warrant for theft.

* Charles Edward Frost, 59, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, for being a habitual traiff violator.

* Brandon Dale Hoskins, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 101, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant for probation violation.

* William Clutter, 42, of 604 N. First St., Pierceton, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended.

* Shannon Nicole Hein, 39, of 1363 S. CR 450E, Pierceton, for possession of methamphetamine.

* Donald Michael Chadwick Jr., 49, of 602 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine.

* Deborah Sue Fields, 53, of 816 N. Edgewater St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

* Sarah Elizabeth Elder, 42, of 1363 S. CR 450E, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

* Ernest Bradley Dragoo, 30, of 225 N. Bobber Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

* Alex Matthew Vankirk, 21, of 2425 E. 8 Square Road, Warsaw, for reckless driving.

* Michael Defrates, 59, of 3762 W. Old 30, 26W, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

* Leisa Ann Bowling, 55, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, lot 41, North Webster, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

* Roberto Velazquez Gomez, 23, of 2575 E. Center St. 115, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while never having a license.
