The Pulaski County Commissioner has pleaded guilty to two counts of voting outside his precinct of residence, and says he will resign.

As part of that plea agreement, ABC 57 reports charges of theft, perjury, and official misconduct will be dismissed against Commissioner Brian Young.

The judge in the case has taken the guilty plea under advisement and it will be formally accepted at his sentencing in august.
