A Goshen man is facing trial once more, for a murder in 2020.

It happened in August 23, 2020, when David Artley was shot inside Hardy’s Bar in Elkhart.

31-year-old Jordan Norton was accused of the shooting, after officials say he was caught on camera inside of the bar.

Norton was found guilty of battery resulting in serious injury and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.

The Elkhart Truth reports that, in June, the jurors could not decide on the murder charge, resulting in a mistrial.

Norton will be in court again to be tried for the murder charge on January 23.
