University of Wisconsin looking for people to eat cheese for cash

It might, in fact, be easy being cheesy.

The Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin in Madison is looking to hire cheese taste testers. The school is looking for people who are “passionate about all foods, but especially cheese, pizza and other dairy products.”

Those who get the jobs will have the difficult task of describing and evaluating the food they’re eating, and defining things like the aroma, flavor and texture. These “Descriptive Sensory Panelists” will be paid $15/hour and will taste up to 24 different cheeses and 12 pizzas per week.

Up for the challenge? You can apply at the university’s website.
