Special Judge Fran Gull, who is presiding in the Delphi murders case, made a few decisions in the case this week.
Judge Gull ruled Thursday suspect Richard Allen’s mental health records from the Indiana Department of Corrections must continue to be disclosed to the defense team. The IDOC says it stopped “remote filming” of Allen’s meetings with his attorneys.
Gull is also holding the jury selection process in Allen County, even though the trial will take place this January in Carroll County.
