A man from San Diego, California is set for trial in March after allegedly breaking into a woman’s garage, then falling asleep drunk.

It was back in July when the woman called the police after finding 44-year-old Daniel Bradley passed out in the garage of her Greenleaf Boulevard home, according to The Goshen News.

According to police, the victims arrived home just after midnight and found the man who allegedly moved tools from her cabinets and drawers in the garage, and also consumed some hard seltzers from the garage fridge.

During a search, officers discovered a small pouch with methamphetamine inside, along with three drill bits.

The homeowner confirmed that the drill bits were stolen from her tool collection in the garage.
