Lawmakers in Michigan are about to go head-to-head in Lansing in a far more direct way.
But it’s all for fun, and it’s intended to try and build relationships across the aisle. Democrats and Republicans will play a game of softball in downtown Lansing on September 20, at the home of the Midwest League’s Lansing Lugnuts.
The potentially inaugural Legislative Softball Night is inspired by the annual Congressional Baseball Game in Washington DC. The game will raise money for The City Rescue Mission of Lansing, a homeless shelter next door to the stadium.
State Senators were invited to play as well, and Governor Whitmer has been invited to throw out the first pitch.

Because nothing says your serious as an adult than playing a game with a ball.
Lets look at the words; partisan = patriot as in defending the homeland against the Nazi’s, bi-partisan = traitor who plays both sides.
Go ahead and play your child’s game while seeking to disenfranchise your voters.
you’re…bloody heck…
Whitmer’s playing, so you can be sure they’ll block off the windows where they are keeping score and lots of extra runs will come in after midnight.
