Mishawaka schools have decided to go forward with the lawsuit against major social media companies.

Those include Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat. This, after studies are showing that addictive social media is harmful to students.

The superintendent of the Mishawaka school system says that social media companies should be held responsible for the “negative behavior showcased by students.” The lawsuit is being lead by Wagstaff and Cartmell.

Concord is in on the lawsuit and Elkhart schools are now taking it under advisement.

The social media companies are not responsible for bad student behavior – the students are! Mishawaka schools needs to stop passing the buck and start holding the actual bad actors accountable.

Lawsuits like this are absolutely woke ridiculous. Nobody forces students to go on these social media sites. No companies force students to buy overpriced tennis shoes either. The Deep state is trying to control free will. Get ready for the great reset, it’s already starting.
