Three people were hurt in a crash on M-62 in Cass County.

The collision happened around 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19, at the intersection with Pine Lake Street when sheriff’s investigators a 37-year-old Chicago woman behind the wheel of a Chrysler 200 tried to cross the highway and was struck by a Dodge Durango driven by a 60-year-old man from Kalamazoo.

Both drivers and a passenger in the woman’s vehicle were taken to St. Joseph Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
