His career has taken him to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and now the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA, but it all started at Riley High School.

Blake Wesley returned recently to South Bend to host a free basketball clinic for over 200 kids at Riley, his alma mater. He taught the students about nutrition, endurance, ballhandling, shooting, and footwork.

His mother, Leslie Wesley, played a significant role in planning the event. Wesley says he loves giving back and has always been a philanthropist. Campers learned about mental and physical health, including nutrition.

Wesley says he will host more youth clinic camps in the future.
