UPDATE: The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office says Nicholas John Sandusky has been located.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance to locate Nicholas John Sandusky for two outstanding no bond warrants.
Sandusky is a 31-year-old white male, 5’3” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The outstanding warrants are for Invasion of privacy and Driving while suspended.

I think y’all should also make it known that he was released from the jail with warrants, the title of these articles should say “Elkhart county accidentally releases convicted felon back to the streets with two “no bond” warrants ” so maybe the attention could be directed towards that issue- considering that same jail did the same thing to me 2 years ago.. but anyway.. FREE CRUNCHY-WYTE
