The special judge in the Delphi murders case has agreed for the first time to allow cameras in the courtroom for a hearing this Thursday in Fort Wayne, according to court records posted Tuesday.
Judge Frances Gull has placed a few restrictions. The hearing can only be recorded for later broadcast and won’t be live streamed. Gull believes cameras will help “ensure the integrity of the proceedings.”
The hearing is scheduled for this Thursday at 2 p.m. It’s going to cover recent matters that have recently arisen in the case, but what those matters are has not been made clear.
