Some Republicans in the Michigan State House are seeking to impeach Attorney General Dana Nessel.

State Representatives Joseph Fox, Matt Maddock, and James DeSana are among the representatives who have introduced articles of impeachment in a House resolution. It alleges that Nessel has operated with “a disregard to the perimeters of her office, and in several cases has used her office to attack political enemies and to benefit friends and associates.”
