Britain’s King Charles has been diagnosed with a form of cancer and will postpone public-facing duties.

Buckingham Palace issued a statement on Monday saying the 75 year-old monarch spent three months in the hospital last month to undergo a procedure for an enlarged prostate. It was during this treatment that a separate issue of concern was discovered, and tests identified it as a form of cancer.

No other details have been given, except that the cancer is not in the King’s prostate.
