Bendix Woods County Park will be hosting its annual Sugar Camp Days festival next weekend.
They’re inviting the community to tour the sugar bush to see sap being harvested and visit the sugar house to see how sap is made into golden syrup.
You can watch historical crafters demonstrate their trades, enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride and purchase delicious foods made with maple syrup.
Sugar Camp Days hours are from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. on March 16 and 17.
There will be an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast both days from 8 a.m. until noon, as well as a maple syrup cooking demonstration from 10 a.m. until noon each day.
Entrance to the park is on Timothy Road in New Carlisle.
