Two Maryland residents arrested after being found with drugs on Indiana Toll Road

Two residents from Maryland have been arrested in LaPorte County after allegedly being found with drugs on the Indiana Toll Road.
LaPorte County deputies stopped their vehicle, late Friday morning, in the area of mile-marker 52 after spotting it following another vehicle too closely.
As the traffic stop progressed, probable cause was established that criminal activity was afoo and  a search of the vehicle turned up an assortment of illegal narcotics.
The driver, identified as Chelsea Hahn, 27, of Middle River, Maryland, and the passenger, identified as Sadiq Heyward, 28, of Baltimore, Maryland, were arrested for the following offenses:
• Dealing Cocaine – L2 Felony
• Dealing Methamphetamine – L2 Felony
• Dealing I, II, or III Controlled Substance – L2 Felony
• Dealing Marijuana – L5 Felony
Heyward and Hahn remain housed in the LaPorte County Jail and are being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
