It could be life in prison for a 25-year-old man who pleaded guilty to kidnapping and using a firearm in a violent crime.
Federal Prosecutors say Dontrell Nance and his co-defendant, Darnell Bishop, stole 123 handguns from the Benton Harbor Dunham’s Sporting Goods Store.
Nance confessed to kidnapping the store manager at gunpoint from his home, obtaining keys and alarm codes.
While Bishop fetched the guns, Nance stood guard on the manager.
All of the firearms have been recovered. Bishop pleaded not guilty to multiple charges including kidnapping, robbery, and firearm theft.
