An attorney in Buchanan has accepted a plea deal on charges of criminal sexual conduct and prostitution.
Lanny Fisher, 55, was arrested last spring for these charges and suspected kidnapping related to incidents from 2020.
He allegedly forced women to perform sexual favors in exchange for legal representation at his office, home, and a local hotel.
Sentencing guidelines suggest a punishment of zero to 17 months, likely involving probation, jail time, and possibly sex offender registration.
According to Leader Publications, the victims approved the plea deal, and Fisher will be sentenced in early July.
