Rob Schmitt is host of ‘Rob Schmitt Tonight’ on Newsmax, will appear on stage with Casey Hendrickson, Jon Zimney, and Laura Smith for a lively and engaging roundtable discussion of the day’s news and events.

Rob Schmitt is from Carmel, Indiana. He graduated from the Indiana University Ernie Pyle School of Journalism. He quickly gained recognition for uncovering major news stories and is a former anchor of “Fox & Friends First.” Besides working at Fox News Channel, he’s also worked for ABC, CBS and NBC… and has covering major events like the California wildfires and hurricanes Harvey, Gustav, and Hanna. He reported from Haiti 48 hours after the devastating earthquake that killed over 300,000 people. His primetime program on Newsmax is one of the network’s top programs and we’re thrilled to have him coming to NOISE.

Schmitt’s diverse experience across various media markets provides him with a unique perspective on the news industry, allowing him to connect with Americans in often overlooked “flyover states.”
