33-year-old Adrian Graves of Granger faces burglary charges after allegedly smashing a window at Hoosier Harley-Davidson.

Graves reportedly smashed open a front window with a baseball bat before smashing display cases and property inside the display cases.

However, the Goshen News says he did not steal anything. Police arrested him on January 15th after he claimed he was removing non-Harley items, believing he inherited the business.

During a court hearing, Graves stated he is competent to stand trial despite his attorney’s recommendations for an insanity evaluation.

Two doctors will assess him, and a trial status conference is set for February 6. His jury trial has been postponed from October to March.
