This makes me so mad because the police are not telling the truth here. Imagine getting a call at work that the house where your grandchildren and their mother live is all shot up. Fortunately for us, it was not their home. Not very fortunate for the neighbors, but that’s not in this story. Also not in this story is the stolen merchandise recovered from the injured teenager. The story that we got from police included an unnamed juvenile suspect, so why are they now reporting that there is no known suspect? I always thought that was a safe (as can be expected) neighborhood, but now I wonder if it’s just because violence doesn’t make the news over there. Prayers for the injured teen. I hope he makes a full recovery and that his assailant is brought to justice.
