No injuries were reported in an early morning fire on Thursday.

The Turkey Creek Fire Chief says a fire at the Main Channel Marina in Syracuse started around 3 a.m., heavily damaging the marina and taking nearly 35 firefighters to put out the flames.

Witnesses told of explosions inside the building, and they said the fire began on the back end of the building and made its way to the other half.

The marina will be operating out of their Huntington Street location, and they say that no customer property was damaged.
