Man arrested for criminal recklessness, hit-and-run, and domestic battery in Goshen

A Goshen man was taken into custody following a series of charges, including criminal recklessness with a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, and domestic battery.
Jared Yoder, 34, was arrested late Thursday night, Nov. 7, after police responded to reports of a hit-and-run incident near the intersection of South 9th Street and East Jefferson Street in Goshen.
Authorities arrived at the scene where they found a 23-year-old woman, who declined medical attention.
Yoder was subsequently detained and taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
