A man was sentenced to 13 years last week for driving and drug-related crimes.

Bobby Lipsey was sentenced after reports say a traffic stop showed he was driving with expired plates, driving without a license and had methamphetamine in his possession.

Police initiated a traffic stop after Lipset was reportedly driving in the middle of the road and his plates came back expired.

According to The Goshen News, Lipsey has been in trouble with the law before, and the judge believes he may have mental health issues.

Lipsey faces 13 years at the Indiana Department of Corrections with five years suspended and five years on probation.
