A new report says Indiana is the 7th best state for new business survival.

Research from Simply Business developed a business survival index based on recent survival rates for private-sector establishments during their first three years of operation. Their findings indicated that 78% of businesses in Indiana survive their first year, which is near the national average. 85% of those survive two years, and just over 89% of those remaining make it through their third.
