The female who was injured during a shooting on South Bend’s south side is a 15-year-old girl.

The shooting happened just before 12 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 25, in the area of Donald and Carroll Streets.

There’s no word about what sparked the violence or any arrests.

The South Bend Police SWAT Team was called, again, to that same area, late Thursday night, after receiving information about an individual wanted on a warrant.
