Elkhart man facing felony charges for relationship with teenager

An Elkhart man faces felony charges for sexual misconduct and molestation after admitting to a relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
Tyler Collins was 20-year-old, 7 years older than the alleged victim. He’s now 33.
According to court documents, Collins was the girl’s bowling coach at Concord High School and a local bowling alley.
The victim says the abuse began in April 2012 and continued for over two years.
WSBT reports Collins admitted the relationship to poliCe and is now being held in the Elkhart County Jail on a $750,000 bond.
