Special Olympics Indiana’s Polar Plunge will soon return to South Bend.

They’re challenging participants to “Be Bold and Get Cold” for a great cause. It’s the 26th year of the event, challenging people to support over 19,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

The 2025 Polar Plunge season runs from January 31 through March 1, with 19 events across Indiana.

Four Winds Field will welcome plungers back again this year on Saturday, February 22.
