A 24-year-old murder suspect is likely to go to trial in May with no continuance.

Joshua Martinez is accused in the shooting death of Romulo Reyes Osuna as well as the shooting of Carlos Martinez that happened in November.

Surveillance footage showed a confrontation before gunfire, followed by Joshua’s vehicle running over Carlos multiple times.

Carlos was able to identify Martinez as the shooter, though Reyes died at the scene.

The Goshen News says a broken part from his vehicle was able to confirm that Joshua’s vehicle was at the scene at the time of the incident.
