Former South Bend officer arrested for violating no-contact order

Former South Bend police officer Emanuel Garcia has been arrested for violating a no-contact order.
This, following his arrest, in late February, for Criminal Confinement, Domestic Battery and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Authorities say Garcia violated that order on March 19 when he was allegldy inside the same house as individuals conntected to the no-contact order.
Following his arrest, which included an alleged scuffle with his fellow officers, Garcia was relieved of duty without pay.
