The University of Notre Dame faces a state investigation over its diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, alongside an ongoing federal probe since March.
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita says the university’s DEI efforts may violate civil rights laws.
His office points to Notre Dame’s 2033 Strategic Framework, which aims to increase the number of students and staff from “underrepresented” groups.
