Seven attorney generals shut down major robocall operation

Attorneys general from seven states, including Indiana, shut down a major robocall operation.
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita said John Spiller ran voice service companies that made billions of robocalls nationwide.
A court ordered Spiller to close his businesses, banned him from starting new ones, and required him to pay $600,000 in penalties to the states involved.
