Myles Turner has moved on from the Indiana Pacers, agreeing to a four-year, $107 million deal with the Milwaukee Bucks.
A towering figure in Indiana Pacers basketball is heading north.
For Indiana, this marks the end of an era for the franchise’s longest tenured player.
Since being drafted in 2015, Turner has been a force on both ends of the court.
Known for his shot-blocking prowess and ability to stretch the floor, he etched his name deep into Pacers history.
Turner led the league in blocks twice during his career and brought defensive stability to the team, averaging 2.3 blocks per game last season while also contributing 18 points and 7.5 rebounds per contest.
For fans, his absence also feels personal, as Turner was one of the most consistent and longest-tenured players on the roster.
While the Bucks gain an elite rim protector and floor spacer to join Giannis Antetokounmpo, Indiana must turn its attention to the next chapter.
The organization has promising young talent, and this could pave the way for a new era of Pacers basketball.
Myles Turner leaves behind a legacy of excellence and dedication in Indiana.
Though his presence will now be felt in Milwaukee, Hoosiers will always remember him as one of their own.

Maybe if he had played to his potential during the finals the team might have thought twice about letting him go. He continually played near the arc instead of near the rim where he was needed. And his blocks dropped off alot. Other teams werent nearly as afraid of driving to the hoop as they used to be. Pacers can find a better center.
