Fatal crash in Fulton County claims life of Gary Woman, injures three others

One person is dead and three others were injured following a two-vehicle crash on State Road 25 near County Road 500 South.
Indiana State Police say the collision occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, when a 2021 Kia Sport, traveling northbound, crossed the center line for unknown reasons and entered the path of a southbound 2014 Ford F-150 pickup.
The Kia was driven by 43-year-old Nicole L. Davis of Gary, Indiana. Her husband was in the front passenger seat, along with a juvenile in the back. The Ford was operated by a 20-year-old Lucerne man.
Davis was pronounced dead at the scene by the Fulton County Coroner’s Office. Her husband and the child were taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. THe man driving the other vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
