According to new data from ADP, people who’ve stayed in the same job over the past year have seen a steady rise in pay. Indiana ranks near the middle compared to other states in terms of wage growth.

This growth may help workers keep up with the cost of living, though the increase is modest. The typical full-time worker in Indiana now earns just over $57,000 a year.
