A bicyclist died after he was struck by car in Berrien County over the weekend.

The 73 year-old Stevensville man was on his bike Saturday afternoon around 1:45 at Jericho and Livingston Roads in Lake Township.

The driver of the car that hit him, a 53 year-old Bridgman man, called 9-1-1 after the crash.

Officials say the man was unresponsive and died at the scene. The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.
