A 20-year-old Benton Harbor man is charged with killing a 15-year-old boy.

Police say the teen was shot in mid-September on Buss Avenue and died three days after being cared for in two area hospitals.

The suspect was first charged with carrying a concealed weapon but now faces open murder and assault with intent to murder.

Names of the victim and suspect have not been released.
