South Shore Line offers free rides for active military, veterans

Active duty military personnel and veterans  are invited to ride the South Shore Line for free.

From November 7 through 11, the South Shore Line is offering free rides to honor the nation’s veterans and active-duty service members.

As train personnel walk through the train, let them know that you are active military personnel or a veteran, and you will be provided a ride at no charge.

No identification will be required, and up to three children aged 13 and under may ride free with each military personnel on off-peak weekday and weekend trains. For more information on train schedules and discounts, visit MySouthshoreline.com.
