Deputies arrested a Marshall County woman after her horses repeatedly roamed off her property.
They charged 50-year-old Jennetta Nickerson with animal cruelty and allowing animals to run at large.
Authorities confiscated her horses. Neighbors say the animals frequently wandered onto nearby properties and public roads.
The sheriff’s department has responded to her address nearly 40 times in the past two years.
