Geminus celebrates grand opening to support children in north central IN

Building stronger families in Northcentral Indiana: That’s the goal of an organization that is now open in South Bend.

The Geminus Community Partners for Child Safety opened their doors Thursday afternoon with a ribbon cutting ceremony, attended by Councilmembers and the public.

From their new location at 3517 E. Jefferson Blvd in South Bend, they will serve families in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall and Kosciusko Counties in an effort to build safer, more supportive communities.

Referrals for assistance can come from any source. Geminus will be focused on child abuse prevention as part of the Strengthening Indiana Families initiative.
