The St. Joseph County Council is meeting, on Tuesday, Oct. 28, to review rezoning for a proposed second data center near New Carlisle.
The $12 billion, 1,000-acre project off Chicago Trail has drawn opposition from local neighbors.
The council’s committee will decide whether to send the proposal to the full council with a favorable or unfavorable recommendation, or keep it at the committee level.
The Area Plan Commission has already issued a unanimous unfavorable recommendation.
