An Elkhart man accused of auto theft and burglary will have to wait longer for his day in court.

27-year-old Tristan McFall’s jury trial, set for Monday, has been pushed to March 2. Police say two suspects broke into Synergy Industries on Modrell Avenue in July 2023, fleeing through a hole cut in a fence.

The Goshen News says one escaped on a stolen ATV, later found along C.R. 9. McFall, believed to be the second suspect, was found nearby.

He denied involvement, though security video showed two men pushing the ATV from the building. A status conference is set for February 5.
