Court documents in Marshall County say a 46-year-old man is facing multiple charges for graffiti in Plymouth.

Damon Daniels is accused of a series of graffiti vandalism incidents across Plymouth. Daniels is accused of defacing an attorney’s office sign, a residence, several vehicles and St. Michael’s Catholic Church.

He’s charged with three misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and one count of institutional criminal mischief, a Level 6 felony.

Police say the spray-painted messages and damage were consistent at each scene.

Investigators linked the incidents after a victim reported knowing Daniels, who later admitted to the crimes, including slashing car tires and tagging a truck at his apartment complex.

His next court appearance is December 17.
