The South Bend Cubs unveiled major upgrades to Four Winds Field ahead of the 2026 season as part of a $48 million renovation project.
Improvements include a new top deck, 12 luxury suites, expanded seating capacity to 10,500, and a 20,000-square-foot event center featuring a ballroom and rooftop bar.
Team officials say fan experience played a major role in shaping the upgrades, noting that many visitors attend for social and entertainment purposes beyond baseball.
The team estimates its economic impact on the city at approximately $28 million, with additional development underway around the stadium, including housing and new businesses.
The Cubs will open the season at home April 3 against the Quad Cities River Bandits.
